HATE-LESS TPM3: Barcelona – A City of Connection & Inspiration
On 30-31 October 2026, the HATE-LESS consortium gathered in Barcelona, Spain, for our 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM3), hosted by Evolutionary Archetypes Consulting SL. The meeting brought together project collaboration, cultural discovery, and our shared commitment to combating hate speech and promoting inclusion.
Day 1 – Strengthening Connections & Moving Forward
Our first day took place at the Regus office space at the World Trade Center Barcelona, overlooking the city’s beautiful Mediterranean waterfront.
- Archetypes & the Power of Connection: We explored how our individual strengths and contributions can help us empower youth to find their own voices and combat hate speech.
- Partner Updates: Partners shared project achievements, reviewed key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluated our progress, and agreed on the next steps towards the successful completion of HATE-LESS.
- Strengthening Connections: An interactive HATE-LESS Bingo energiser and a shared lunch at Restaurant Club WTCB brought partners closer together.
- Visit to the Parlament de Catalunya: During a guided tour through the Parliament of Catalunya, we reflected on the importance of democratic participation, freedom of expression, and ensuring every voice is heard.
- Dinner at Alice Secret Garden: We concluded the day by celebrating our collaboration and the connections that bring our European partnership together.

Day 2 – Exploring the City of More Love & Less Hate
On our second day, we explored Barcelona through the lens of HATE-LESS!
We began with an audio-guided tour of La Pedrera-Casa Milà, discovering Antoni Gaudí’s extraordinary architecture and reflecting on how originality and unconventional ideas can challenge prejudice and inspire greater acceptance of differences.
Our cultural journey continued through Barcelona’s historic landmarks, drawing connections between the city’s rich heritage and the values of HATE-LESS:
- La Pedrera and Casa Batlló inspired us to challenge prejudice and rethink established perspectives, while Casa Amatller and Casa Lleó Morera highlighted media literacy and unity in diversity.
- At El Nacional Barcelona and Teatre Coliseum, we explored inclusive transformation and the power of storytelling to create more empathy.
- Plaça de Catalunya, Café Zurich and La Rambla reminded us of the importance of inclusive participation, respectful dialogue and intercultural understanding.
- At La Boqueria Market, we celebrated everyday solidarity and enjoyed an authentic Catalan lunch, experiencing how food, traditions and shared moments bring people together.

TPM3 Takeaways
We left Barcelona inspired by its creativity, history, and cultural diversity, carrying not only new ideas and stronger connections but also a renewed commitment to turning the values of HATE-LESS into everyday action.
Like the hummingbird, we are reminded that even the smallest actions can make a meaningful difference. Every voice we empower, every prejudice we challenge, and every act of kindness contributes to something greater.
Together, we carry the hummingbird’s message forward: change begins with each of us, and our collective actions can create a lasting impact.
❤️ More love, less hate.
